⚠️ Important – Emersed Grown Plant

Our Bucephalandra is grown emersed (above water) under controlled conditions. This means the plant will go through a conversion period once placed in your aquarium. During this transition from emersed to submerged growth, leaf melt is normal and expected — existing leaves may yellow and die back as the plant adapts to underwater conditions.
Do not throw the plant away if this happens. The rhizome stores all the energy the plant needs and will push new, fully submerged leaves within a few weeks. Keep water parameters stable and avoid stressing the plant during this period.

The Bucephalandra Skeleton King 'Narrow Leaf' is a sleeker, more elongated take on the iconic Skeleton King line. It carries the same boldly raised skeletal veining the family is known for, but with longer, narrower leaves that add a more delicate, flowing texture to your aquascape.

A great entry point into the Skeleton King collection — the Narrow Leaf is more readily available than its rarer siblings, while still delivering that unmistakable architectural detail collectors love.
