Defining Feature (OE): The most striking characteristic is the presence of Orange Eyes (OE). The normally dark or black compound eyes of Neocaridina shrimp are replaced by a bright, fiery orange or golden color.

Neocaridina shrimp thrive in most tap water conditions, provided a quality dechlorinator is used to neutralize chlorine and chloramines before introduction.
