We offer same-day dispatch on all in-stock orders placed before 13:00 (Monday–Friday). Orders received before this time are carefully prepared, packed, and handed over to the courier on the same business day.

Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Each shipment is securely packed to ensure safe transport and optimal conditions during transit. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

You have 14 days right of return, the product must be in its original condition.

All returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without contacting us first will not qualify for a refund.

Items such as aquatic plants and shrimp, as well as products with broken seals or not in their original condition, are not eligible for return.
