Crystal Red Shrimp - Caridina

The Crystal Red Shrimp (CRS), a color morph of Caridina cantonensis, is one of the most iconic and highly desired dwarf shrimp in the aquarium hobby. They are prized for their brilliant, striking pattern of opaque white and rich red bands, making them a visually stunning addition to any dedicated shrimp tank.

Coloration and Grading: CRS are defined by their distinct red and white banding. Their quality is determined by a grading system (often ranging from K0 to K14) based on the amount and opacity of the white coverage. Higher grades feature more extensive, dense white coverage with less transparency.

Size we sell: a mix of young juveniles approximately 1-1.2 cm in size. We may release larger shrimp, around 1.5cm, depending on stock availability.
