Caridina shrimp represent a diverse genus of freshwater dwarf shrimp highly prized in the aquarium hobby for their stunning coloration, intricate patterns, and generally transparent bodies. Unlike the hardier Neocaridina davidi species, Caridina shrimp are known for requiring much more specific and stable water conditions.
