We pack every order with the same care and standards used in our own breeding systems. This page explains how we process orders, when livestock is dispatched, where we ship, and the conditions that apply.

Tracked delivery on all orders. Shipping within the Baltics starts from €5 for all products, including livestock, plants, and dry goods.

Quick Shipping Overview

Orders placed before 13:00 GMT+3, Monday to Friday, are typically processed the same day. Dry goods and plants can usually be dispatched the same business day, while shrimp orders are dispatched on a scheduled basis for livestock safety.

Same-day dispatch

Dry goods and plants are generally dispatched the same business day when ordered before 13:00 GMT+3.

Livestock-first schedule

Shrimp orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday only, helping reduce weekend delays and transit risk.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 13:00 (1 PM, GMT +3), Monday–Friday, are typically processed and dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and order contents.

Suksai Aquatic reserves the right to delay dispatch in cases of operational necessity, livestock welfare concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Dispatch dates refer to shipment departure, not delivery.

Standard Products & Plants

Orders containing dry goods, shrimp food, accessories, or aquatic plants are generally dispatched the same business day when placed before the daily cutoff time.

This applies to eligible orders placed Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability and safe dispatch conditions.

Live Shrimp – Scheduled Dispatch

To prioritize livestock welfare, shrimp orders are dispatched only on:

  • Monday
  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday

This schedule is designed to reduce the risk of extended transit times and weekend delays.

Examples:

  • Orders placed Sunday–Monday → dispatched Monday
  • Orders placed Tuesday → dispatched Wednesday
  • Orders placed after Wednesday 13:00 GMT+3 → dispatched the following Monday

If an order contains both livestock and non-livestock items, the entire order will follow the livestock dispatch schedule.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order composition, and selected delivery method.

Estimated rates:

  • Baltic countries – from €5 for all products
  • EU dry goods – from €15
  • Livestock & plants – from €25 in selected EU countries

Livestock & plants from €25 applies to: Sweden, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

For all other countries, please contact us before ordering livestock to confirm availability and optimal shipping conditions.

Shipping Date Requests

Customers may request a preferred dispatch date by:

  • Selecting the appropriate shipping method
  • Leaving a clear note during checkout

While we aim to accommodate requests, specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.

Temperature & Weather Conditions

Livestock shipments are subject to environmental conditions.

Suksai Aquatic reserves the right to delay or reschedule shipments where conditions may pose a risk to livestock, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme heat or cold
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions

Customers will be notified in such cases.

Shipping & Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the selected courier service.

Suksai Aquatic shall not be held liable for:

  • Courier delays or service interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Missed deliveries
  • Parcels left unattended by the courier

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring the timely receipt of their shipment.
